◆当日キャンセル100%消化になります(いかなる理由の自由でも) ◆遅刻されますとデザインに制限をかけさせていただきます。 ◆当日キャンセル・無断キャンセルは次回から予約お断りさせていただく場合もございます。 ◆お客様都合でのメニュー変更により料金が下回る場合でもご予約時の料金となります。 ◆店頭での現金は使用不可です。 クレジット•デビットカード/QR決済/交通系ICが利用可能です。 ◆いかなる理由があっても施術後の返金対応はしておりません。 ◆1週間以内のご連絡でお直しが無料となります。(欠けた、折れた、パーツが取れた等) ◆やり直しやデザイン変更は有料お直し(1本¥1300)となりますので気になる点は施術中に担当スタッフへお伝えください。 ◆メニュー変更で追加料金が発生した場合は店頭にてお支払いをお願いいたします。 ◆他店デザイン持ち込みの場合、完全に再現することは難しいことご了承ください。仕上がりデザインに関してのクレーム等を受付しかねます。 ◆Cancellation on the day will be 100% digested (free for any reason) ◆If you are late, we will put restrictions on the design. ◆Cancellations on the day or unauthorized cancellations may be refused from the next time. ◆Even if the price is lower due to a menu change due to the customer's convenience, it will be the price at the time of reservation. ◆Cash cannot be used at the store. ( Chipped, broken, removed parts, etc.) ◆Redoing and changing the design will be repaired for a fee (1 bottle ¥1300), so please inform the staff in charge if you have any questions during the treatment. ◆If there is an additional charge due to a menu change, please pay at the store. ◆Please note that it is difficult to reproduce it completely if you bring in the design of another store. We cannot accept complaints about the finished design.
