Cancellation Policy

◆100% cancellation fee applies for same-day cancellations (regardless of the reason). ◆If you are late, we may limit the design options. ◆Same-day cancellations and no-shows may result in us refusing future bookings. ◆Even if the price is lower due to a menu change at the customer's request, the price will remain the same as the price at the time of booking. ◆Cash payments are not accepted at the salon. Credit/debit cards, QR code payments, and transportation IC cards are accepted. ◆No refunds will be given after the treatment for any reason. ◆Repairs are free of charge if you contact us within one week (e.g., chipped, broken, or missing parts). ◆Repairs or design changes will incur a fee (¥1300 per nail). Please inform the staff during the treatment of any concerns. ◆If additional charges are incurred due to a menu change, please pay at the salon. ◆Please understand that it may be difficult to perfectly reproduce designs brought in from other salons. We cannot accept complaints regarding the finished design. ◆Cancellation on the day will be 100% digested (free for any reason) ◆If you are late, we will put restrictions on the design. ◆Cancellations on the day or unauthorized cancellations may be refused from the next time. ◆Even if the price is lower due to a menu change due to the customer's convenience, it will be the price at the time of reservation. ◆Cash cannot be used at the store. Credit and debit cards/QR payment/transportation IC are available. ◆We do not accept refunds after the treatment for any reason. ◆If you contact us within a week, the repair will be free of charge. (Chipped, broken, removed parts, etc.) ◆Redoing and changing the design will be repaired for a fee (1 bottle ¥1300), so please inform the staff in charge if you have any questions during the treatment. ◆If there is an additional charge due to a menu change, please pay at the store. ◆Please note that it is difficult to reproduce it completely if you bring in the design of another store. We cannot accept complaints about the finished design.
