We request payment in advance by the day before. (Online reservations are automatically processed.)
We will send you an invoice via text message. Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive your confirmation.
If payment is not completed by the day before, the reservation will be cancelled.
We accept credit cards, PayPay, and bank transfers.
Cancellation fee
◆Same-day cancellation: 100% of the reservation fee
◆Time change on the same day: 1,650 yen (If the change is to a different day, it will be treated as a cancellation on the same day)
*We will send you an invoice once the cancellation fee has been determined.
*If you cancel without notice even once, we will refuse your future reservations.
Regarding menu changes:
◆Please note that if the price falls below the original price due to a menu change on the day of your appointment (e.g., lateness), you will be charged the price at the time of booking. (Changes made at the discretion of the staff are not included.)
